Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Make informed decisions based on your personal circumstances
  • Consult appropriate professionals (legal, tax, financial, medical) where necessary

No Guarantees

While we strive for exceptional outcomes, Attilio does not guarantee specific financial, health, legal, tax or performance results. All strategies involve inherent uncertainties.

Third-Party Services

Certain services may involve third-party providers. Third party providers provide access to your records like health, tax, travel, and financial.

Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials provided by Attilio are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attilio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of its Life Optimization System.

  2. Deliver comprehensive science-backed advice.
  3. Provide fee-only advice.
  4. Do not accept commissions, revenue sharing, billable hours, self-dealings, proprietary products, opaque fees, gifts, or soft-dollar arrangements.
  5. Be transparent on client costs and fees.
  6. Provide transparent client costs, fees, and terms.
  7. Remain independent from any organization creating a client conflict or self-dealing.
  8. Provide transparency on client reporting.
  9. Client data not sold or shared.
