Every aspect of our operation -- from how we generate recommendations to how we are compensated -- is designed to be visible and understandable to you. If something is unclear, we consider that a failure on our part.
The Standards
- Fee Transparency
- Attilio operates on a flat-fee model. You pay a single, clearly stated annual fee for access to the platform and your advisory team. We do not earn commissions, referral fees, or revenue-sharing arrangements from any provider, product, or service we recommend. This means our recommendations are never influenced by hidden financial incentives. Your fee is the only way we make money from your relationship.
- Recommendation Transparency
- Every recommendation we make is grounded in your data, your goals, and the latest evidence. When we suggest a course of action, we explain why -- the data points that informed it, the reasoning behind it, and any relevant trade-offs. We distinguish clearly between evidence-based recommendations and exploratory suggestions. You will never receive advice without understanding the basis for it.
- Data Transparency
- We collect only the data necessary to deliver meaningful insights and coordination. You have full visibility into what data we hold, where it comes from, and how it is used. Your dashboard provides a real-time view of all connected data sources and their status. You can export your complete data at any time in standard formats. We do not collect data that does not directly serve your optimization goals.
- Advisor Qualifications
- Every advisor on the Attilio platform has been vetted through a rigorous credentialing process. We verify professional licenses, certifications, education, and track records. We publish advisor qualifications and areas of expertise within the platform so you can evaluate expertise directly. We do not employ advisors whose qualifications we cannot fully verify and stand behind.
- Reporting & Visibility
- You receive regular, structured reporting on your optimization progress across all domains. Reports are designed to be clear, honest, and actionable -- we highlight what is working, what is not, and what we recommend changing. We do not obscure underperformance or cherry-pick favorable metrics. The platform provides on-demand access to your full history, trends, and advisor notes.
